5 Villains We Love more than the Heroes.

I think, our generation is kind of obsessed with Anti-Hero. We love villains more than the hero in the movies these days. Especially when it comes to the Hollywood movies. One of my friend asked me, why people love villains more than heroes? and I was stun, as I had no answer, because, at that time I realized, I love villains too. But why, Am I a bad person?

Wait, I think, I know the answer. I think heroes are unreal – no one in real life is that good or humble in the world, most of all, no one will ever willingly sacrifice himself for the strangers. Wherein, villains are more relatable. They become villains because they’ve been a victim of society or government… (Kidding)

Well, the above-mentioned stuff is not 100% true. The real reason behind our love for villains is their character’s storyline, plot and acting. We love their craziness. We love how they mess with heroes, we love how brutal they can get to their victims and this all, excite us as a viewer.

So here’s the list of my favorite ‘Villains’ we love more than the main heroes.

5 – ‘Magneto’ from X-Men Movie Series. 

He hates human big-time and think he is superior to them, to some extent he is correct. Oh, dear human please don’t get hurt, but it’s true.

4 – ‘Lord Voldemort’ from Harry Potter Movie Series. 

This guy hates our beloved Harry Potter big time, because (and I quote) ‘Because, Harry is the only guy in the world to can kill him’. So, what’s wrong with that? Also, because he wants to achieve pure-blood dominance over both muggle and wizard world.

3 – ‘Gollum’ from The Lord of the Rings Movie Series.

It’s not Gollum, it’s the magic of the Ring which corrupted him. I just love his split personality. Don’t you adore him too? P.S my precious.

2 – ‘Joker’ from The Dark Knight.

Aaah, everyone’s favorite villain of all time… His dialogs, are just amazing, even better than the Dark Knight himself. He is my most favorite villain of all time. Heath Ledger acting as Joker was legendary and I miss him.

1 – ‘Darth Vader’ from Star Wars Movie Series.

He is considered as ‘Gabbar Singh’ of Hollywood. (Only Indians will understand). He is one of the most iconic, most loved, most followed and most franchised villain of all time.
