2018 proved in itself a brilliant year for movies. Most of the movies which were released so far in 2018 have earned good ratings from the review sites and love from the audience. Many few, unfortunate movies failed to do good though, but we are not talking about them, sorry. I was wondering about these best movies and thought why not come up with A2W’s Top 10 Movies of 2018 with my own views on them.
So here’s the list of Ankit2World’s best movies of 2018 so far. Let me know in your favorite movie from the list in the comments below
No 10: Ready Player One
If you are a video game genre fan this movie is surely for you. Ready Player One has been one of my most beloved movies of all time.
No 9: A Quiet Place
Shhh, they’ll hear you. A unique concept and beautifully directed movie which gives you the chills. I still remember talking in sign language with my friends after watching this movie.
No 8: Solo: A Stars Wars story
Well, this one is for my geeky readers who are just like me. I know there are many out there who fail to understand or love the movie but for the Star Wars fans like me, this movie has been no less than an epic journey of the memory of beloved Han Solo
No 7: Pacific Rim Uprising
I know, I know the movie didn’t do that crazily well on the box office but I loved it and that’s the reason it’s on my list. I loved it, especially because the story was picked up long after the final war was over in Pacific Rim part 1.
No 6: The Meg
First of all, I love Jason Statham and second I got a big-time break from the Jaws and Piranha movies. I felt that The Meg was fresh with something unique and thrilling.
No 5: Mission Impossible – Fallout
Tom Cruise is back baby. So every time we even try to think that Mr. Cruise is getting old, we get a mouthshut answers from Mission Impossible installment and our beloved Ethan Hunt has proved us wrong again.
Last four or should I say the top 4 movies in A2W’s list is actually from the same universe and no one can deny the fact that these movies were actually really good.
No 4: Ant-Man & Wasp
Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much from the movie but the movie amazed me. In fact, I didn’t like the Ant-Man first installment this much. The movie was full of surprise and it left us wanting more in the end… I hate that
No 3: Black Panther
Black Panther was a surprise hit and no wonder it’s on the 3 number on the A2W’s list. I loved the movie and loved how they introduced the Black Panther to the world while keeping those amazing traditions alive.
No 2: Deadpool 2
Wait, WHAT?
Surprised? I am not; Deadpool is clearly one of the most entertaining movies of 2018. It was so good; I watched the movie thrice in the theaters. 2 times in English and Once in Hindi (Don’t Judge Me)
No 1: Really, do I have to tell you the name of the legendary movie?
Alright guys, we all know the one movie which not only changed the ethics of the comics based movies and also set the standards of the industry so high that the other movies shifted their release dates in order to escape the wrath of this movie eating giant.
For all the Pogo Channel lovers, let me reveal the name. Avengers: Infinity War
Anyways, that’s all folks. Don’t forget to subscribe to my blog and podcast.
Cheers
