6. A2W The Grid and public information

Where a transfer is subject to UK international data-transfer rules, A2W will seek to use an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism, safeguard or recognised adequacy arrangement where required.

14. Data retention

A2W will not intentionally keep identifiable personal information longer than reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

  • disclosure;
  • misuse;
  • accidental loss; and

A2W may update this Privacy Policy where:

  • Website functionality changes;

  • service providers change;
  • legal requirements change; or
  • A2W otherwise considers an amendment appropriate.
